Custom Products
All Cardmaker greeting cards are custom-made, printed on demand using your unique AI-generated design. Because each card is individually produced to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- The recipient did not like the design
Defective or Damaged Products
If your card arrives with any of the following issues, we will review your claim and may offer a refund or replacement:
- Printing defects — incorrect colors, smudging, misalignment, or poor print quality
- Damaged in transit — bent, torn, or water-damaged cards
- Wrong item — you received a card that does not match your order
How to Report an Issue
To request a refund or replacement for a defective product:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email us at the address below with your order number
- Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- You do not need to return the defective card
Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery provider first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, we can reship the order for an additional shipping fee or issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).
